Dear Sir
i passed my 12th in 2010 from N.I.O.S(national open school) i have six subjects which was ENGLISH,PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHS, WORD-PROCESSING, PAINTING. I didn't pass in physics but overall i passed and got 68%.Sir i am totally confused and panic please tell me for BCA physics is compalsury or not?

Following is the eligibility criteria for BCA in IP university:
Eligibility:

“Passed in 12th class or 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent examination with 50%”.

OR

“Three years Diploma in any branch of Engineering from any recognized Diploma awarding Institute/ University / Board recognized by AICTE”.

helo sir i have passed 12th class last year and i got 40% marks from commerse streem so i want to ask that i m elegeble for bca or not? i m from sc cetogery.......
pls pls sir pls tell me

For BCA Physics is not compulsory.
A candidate must have 50% marks in 12th standard with clear pass without any backs.

whether commerce student can do bca?

Eligibility Criteria For BCA in IP University:
# The minimum eligibility criteria for BCA course in IP University is Pass in 12th class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with pass in English and Mathematics/computerscience/ Informatics practice/ Computer Application.
So i think that you are eligible for BCA course and according to eligibility criteria physics is not compulsory. If you want to get any more information then please see the official website of IP University.

Dear Sir , i hav not complete 12th(commerce) in 2010 from CBSE bcoz i hav one math compartment attend for july 2011 then i hav attend a BCA 2011 but i m 4 subject(accounts, B.studies, English, Economics) 51% not include maths and i m SC student. i attend BCA cet exam 2011 So plz reply ..........?

yes ,the IP university provides program Bachelor of Computer Application

as per the below eligibility..

I.P. university kitne subjects k no. total karti hai...

sir i got 74% marks in my top five subjects including (english-77, maths-69, physics-58, chemistry-48, computer science-88, painting-78)
painting was my additional subject.
so am i able to do bca from ipu???????

Eligibility criteria for BCA in IP university:

The candidate must be complete 12th class or equivalent with atleast of 50% marks from a recognised state board.

OR

3years diploma engineering course from any recognised university.

So you are eligibue for the BCA.

dear friend please use as the following to join the BCA in IP university.

in the IP university are the eligibility is the +2 from CBSE bord with 50 % and the from other board is the 60%.

dear friend to join the BCA is you need the good english and the other knowledge

like the math , computer language like c,c++, java etc.......

in the BCA class are the combination math of the 10th and the +2 class so you

done the +2 class math it's easy for you in the BCA.

after the +2 with 60 % marks you join the BCA in IP university.
