The eligibility criteria for common bank PO exams are as follows...


-> He/She must be citizen of India to be eligible for this post.

-> The minimum age of the candidate applying must not be less than 21 years.

-> The maximum age of the candidate applying must not be greater than 30 years.

-> The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 60% marks as aggregate in the relevant degree examinations.

-> The candidate must possess Computer knowledge covering M S Word, MS Office, Excel, Access, etc.

To be eligible for bank recruitment examination, the candidate must be an Indian citizen within the age limit of 21 to 30 years as on the date of joining. Age relaxation is also provided to reserved catagory candidates.

Educational Eligibility: The candidate must have a bachelor degree in any of the stream with atleast 60% aggregate marks.

Now days, all the leading commercial banks jointly conduct Common Written Examination (CWE) for various posts in banking sector including PO. Upcoming CWE is going to conduct in the month of January 2012.

Information Regarding on BANK PO EXAM

ELIGIBILITY: a candidate must have a graduation with any discipline with any UGC recognized university with 60%.few bank also allow 50% and 55% graduated candidate also.
candidate also little knowledge on computer basic,MS-OFFICE & internet,
AGE CRITERIA:a candidate who are enrolling for bank PO between 21 to 30 year.

selection procedure: every bank taking exam their own way but generally

Generally,in bank examinations there are some important sections of which you have to qualify each section separately.

Many of the bank exams have some general sections like:

General Knowledge,

General Aptitude(Logical Reasoning,Analytical ,Insufficient data analysis etc)

Age Limit: A candidate applying for this post should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 30 years of age. There is a age relaxation given to OBC category people. This relaxation is for 3 years for the upper limit of age. In case of ST/SC /Ex – Servicemen, this relaxation is for 5 years. 10 years of relaxation in age criteria is given to VH/OH (GN),, 13 years for VH/OH (OBC) and 15 years for VH/OH (SC/ST).

Qualifications: Educational qualifications should be as follows:
Aggregate 60% in 10 + 2 class or in a diploma after 10th class. It is important to notice that this diploma course should be of at least 2 years duration. Also, these diplomas need to be regular courses with recognized universities. In addition to it, a person should get more than 55% aggregate in graduation.
For SC/ST and PWD categories, a person should have at least 55% aggregate in 10 + 2 and 50% aggregate in graduation.
If a person has not done graduation and got enrolled in professional courses like CA, CS etc after 10 + 2 then the requirement is passing marks in professional course. The eligibility criteria for 10 + 2 remain same.

Hello friend, The only criteria for bank PO is a graduation degree, and the age restriction is 30.

Individual banks may also impose their own superposed limitations and restrictions.

There are 19 banks are available, which conducts PO & clerk examination through IBPS [INSTITUTE OF BANKING & PERSONNEL SELECTION].

Academic qualification-

* For appear in this examination for the PO [probationary officer] post, you must possess at least a graduation degree from a recognized college in any stream.

*You must have knowledge of computer covering MS WORD,MS EXCEL,MS OFFICE,MS ACCESS,TALLY etc etc..

*You must have scored at least 60% in through out the academic carrier.[55% IN GRADUATION].

AGE LIMIT-
21-30 years for the ENERAL CANDIDATES,
21-33 years for the OBC [non-creamy layer],
21-35 years for the SC\ST candidates,,,
