ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR DIRECT TECHNICAL INTERVIEW IN TCS PLACEMENT

The eligibility criteria for direct technical interview in TCS placement depends upon the grading of the college... if the college is really good then they will make the students with above 85 % to go straight to the technical round...

-> In our college the first 5 students (toppers) in each department had the chance to go into the final technical interview without writing the aptitude test...

-> Rest all students wrote the aptitude test... so it depends upon the college which you are studying...

-> Check the eligibility criteria with your college placement cell officials....

Top MNC 's like Wipro, HCL,TCS conduct Campus interviews in reputed colleges and Universities.

They usually conduct the test for final year students. some of the companies allows third year studs to allow to attend the selection..

The following things they expecting from the students :

students should have 60% marks from 10th onwards.

Excellent communication skills.

no arrear papers in each semester.

Problem solving skills.

yes it is possible for you to appear direct interview,
however !!!
your college grade should satisfy that..
and also you should have minimum of 65 to 70% marks through out your career.
or they may put condition like top 5 or 10 student..

etc.
it's all depends upon your college..

Direct interview round eligibility vary depending upon college to college.
as in our college, which is a government engineering college, here TCS asks for 75% marks to enter interview round directly.
so ask your college tpo officer or talk to your seniors in this matter.

Dear friend,

There are no rule for Direct technical interview in TCS but some time TCS call student for Direct technical student.

Those candidate have through out above 85% are eligible for direct technical round.

Also you must be student of top 5 ranker in your department.

This direct technical is not a process of TCS but some time they announced it.

TCS take direct interview when it come on campus placement for the first five topper of every branch in the college.but at the time off campus recruitment there is no such kind procedure you have to clear an written exam
then technical interview>managerial interview>hR round
then only you can select for the TCS

So, if you are in the list of top five students then you you will get this opportunity..
Otherwise you have to appear in aptitude exam and then you have to crack the exam to go through the interview..

2. No standing backlogs are allowed.

3. There should not be a gap of more than 2 years in the education.

4. M.tech and mca students having 3 or more than 3 years experience are not allowed.

5. Students pursuing full time courses are only allowed to attend the recruitment.

for direct interview in tcs or any other company they ask aggregate marks in 10th and 12th or marks according to board ie english best 4 to cover 70%?

TCS is the no one MNC in INDIA now.Its a great opportunity to work with it and learn something.The criteria for direct interview is written below.

1.75% in 10th standard.

2.75% in 12th standard.

3..75% in b.Tech.

If you have this you can go for direct interview.
Technical and HR will be held in same time with same interviewer.
