I am a student of B.Tech ( electronics and communication engg.). What are the eligibility for ISRO entrance ?How can I prepare for entrance?

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Post and JPA(junior personal assistant):
graduate in arts/commerce/management Studies/science/computer apllications with first class marks.
sholud have knowledge in use of computers.
for JPA 1year exeperiance as steno typer or stenographer in english with a speed of 80wpm.
age: 26 years as on 14-12-2011.

ISRO(Indian Space Research Organisation) is a very prestigious organisation. It is responsible
for research and other space related work.
ISRO recruits engineer/scientists through
entrance examination which eligibility criteria is
as under Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification is B.E/B.Tech with
aggregate of 65% marks in Mechanical
Engineering, Computer Science and Electronics
Engineering. Age limit: Candidate Maximum age 35 years. Important dates: Last date of form submission: last week of
Feb,2012.
Written exam Date : third week of April, 2012.

i have completed my b.tech with74.1% my 10th percentage is 86% and i have secured 59% in 2.. can i apply for isro ?
