Eligibility for Fisheries course from a government college?
I'm passed plus two with 65% mark can i eligible for studying Fisheries course if i passed entrance exam with good rank if i get in government colleges if their any problem in plus two mark

The eligibilty criteria for studying fisheries course is that the student must be with a science background.
The fisheries course is a bachelor's course of 4 years B.F.Sc(Bachelor of Fisheries Science). The selection in government college is either by state level entrance examination or through ICAR(Indian Council of Agriculture Research). After the student can go for further study M.F.Sc. and PhD. |

The bachelor degree in fisheries science provides the basic knowledge of capturing, cultureing and post harvest technology with respect to fisheries science. # Required educational qualification for bachelor degree in Fisheries Science: * !0+2 in science subjects or with biological science as one the subject. * Must have taken at least 50% marks by General category and at least 45% marks by reserved category. # Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi conducted an national level common entrance examination in order to make admission to various central institute of fisheries education across the country. # It is advisable to go for master degree in fisheries science after completion of Bachelor in Fisheries Science. The Bachelor of Fisheries Science is a bachelor degree course. It is generally a 4 year course. The eligibility for this course is the study of science with biology till class 12 in school. Selection process is either trough State Level Entrance Exam, or via All India Level ICAR ( Indian Council of Agriculture Research) Examination. After complting of this course candidates can go for Master program and PhD.
