Sir, plz let me know that employee referal Recritment will be same as regular ones or not......

Employee referral is far beyond from normal recruitment.

Recruitment
It is a process of selecting qualified person(s) for a particular jobs.
The recruitment process includes
notification/advertisement of job showing the positive things to attract talented candidates,
screening of candidates through one or more test or interviews and then
final selection.

The term Employee referral is different.
Sometimes the Human Resource Department faces difficulty to get appropriate
candidate for a particular kind of job. In that case if they ask people standing
at higher position in the hierarchy recommends some suitable person of his
knowledge for the job, then this is termed as Employee referral.
There are other way too to define it.
Suppose I am a Chartered Accountant. My friend's uncle (who is in top management
of his company)get to know a vacancy in his company which require a qualified
CA with 10 years experience and I fulfill this criteria then he could recommend
my resume to the HRD for consideration.
