Hello everyone, I am studying in 12th standard and after completing my 12th, I want to study BSc in Agriculture course anywhere in Karnataka. So, I would like to know that which are the entrance exams available through which I can secure admission?

The name of best entrance exam to study B.Sc(Agriculture) in Karnataka is Karnataka Common Entrance Test.

ELIGIBILITY CRIETRIA

1. Candidate must have passed 12th class with PCB (50%) from a recognized board.

2. The minimum age of candidate should be 17 years.

3. Appearing Students are also eligible to apply.

IMPORTANT DATES

=> Starting of online Application: 1st February 2019

=> Last Date to fill Application Form: 22nd March 2019

=> Availability of Admit Card: 10th April 2019

=> Date of Exam: 18th April 2019

Karnataka Examination Authority conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test for admission in Bachelor of Agriculture course.

Eligibility criteria for KCET exam:

1. PCM/PCB subjects in 12th board exam.

2. You must have 50% marks or more in board.

3. Minimum age of 17 years.

Other than this, you can apply for ICAR AIEEA exam for admission in top agriculture colleges.

Entrance exams available to study B.Sc in Agriculture in Karnataka:

>> ICAR AIEEA 2018 exam
This is a national level entrance examination conducted by ICAR(Indian Council of Agricultural Research) to provide admissions in UG and PG courses of Agriculture.

>> KCET 2018
This is a state level examination conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority to provide admissions in UG and PG courses of agriculture in various state government universities.

Some colleges in Karnataka also conduct entrance examinations to give admissions in B.Sc Agriculture course. Some of this type of colleges are mentioned below.

The name of entrance exam is Karantaka Common Entrance Test.

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification: 12th with PCM or PCB.

Percentage requirement: Minimum of 50% marks.

You can apply for this exam to get admission in B.Sc in Agriculture.

Karnataka Examination authority conducts entrance examination called KCET for admission in professional undergraduate course.

The full form of KCET is Karnataka Common Entrance Test. To apply for this exam, you should studied either PCM or PCB subject group.

There is percentage requirement also, it is 50% marks for eligibility.
