Important For NDA and CDS Examination :-

~~ There is no Minimum Percentage of marks require for NDA and CDS Examination .
~~ There is no Upper age relaxation will not applicable .
~~ Female and Married male candidate not eligible for NDA and CDS Examination .

you must complete your 12th standard from any recognised university

and your age between 16.5 to 19 years, if you are across this age limit you are not eligible for this examination.........

If you are interested to join Indian army then you will have to write NDA entrance exam which counducted by UPSC twice in year for three wings----

Airforce,Army,Navy & Navel Academy.

For this, you should be 12th class pass with around 55% aggregate from a recognized college. Final year students of 12th also can apply.

Physics, mathematics, and Chemistry are must in 12th.

Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years and only male candidates
are eligible.

Exam pattern- There are two paper in this exam.

1. Math- It's 300 marks and question will be 120, every question is 2.5
marks.

2. General ability- It is 600 marks.there are two section divide in General
ability.

a. English(200 marks)
b. General knowledge(400 marks).

Eligibility for NDA:
- You are eligible for NDA after 10+2 exam.
-only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
-candidates appearing in 12th class can also apply.
- Age : From 19 Years to 24 years. Engineer graduates 20 to 27 years
- Degree. BA, B.Sc or B.Tech/BE
Eligibility for CDS:
For IMA : 19 to 24 Years
For OTA : 19 to 25 years
For Naval : 19 to 22 years
For Air Force : 19 to 23 years.
The selection process consists of a written exam and personality test by the Service Selection Board. After the final selection, you are sent to one of the following institutes for orientation training as per your Preference at the time of filling the application form.
Both male & female candidates can apply to join forces.

There are two entrance to join in defense service like Indian Army,Indian Air Force and Indian Navy.The two exams are NDA and CDS exams.
NDA stands for National Defense Academy
CDS stands for Combined Defense Service

To appear for NDA exam,you should have completed or appearing for final exam of 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university and your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

To appear for CDS exam,you should have completed or appearing for final exam of B.Tech/B.E or any graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university and your age should be between 19 to 24 years.

NDA and CDS exam notification will release twice in year.NDA-I exam notification will release in the month of December and exam will held on April month every year.NDA-II exam notification will release in the month of May and exam will held on August month every year.CDS-I exam notification will release in the month of October and exam will held on February and CDS-II exam notification will release in the month of July and exam will held on September month every year.For more information,then see this attachment.

->girls are not eligible for NDA .
