Exams to be written for LLB? Application procedure and preparation tips? What all Universities can be considered for LLB?

I'm asking this question on behalf of my brother. Actually he wanted to pursue LLB. He is in his second year of B.Com. I just wanted to know the procedure:
1. What all exams can be written and how to apply for them?
2. How the preparation can be done?
3. What all Universities can be considered for LLB?

Will be really great full if could get the response soon.

Thanks in advance.
