1)For which government exams im able to apply write now or after my graduations.

2)What is the criteria for government examinations.

There are many Government companies which recruit Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering graduates.Some of the PSU's namely are:-

ISRO,DRDO,BEL,BHEL,BSNL,MTNL,NTPC..etc

Candidates with a degree in engineering, in electronics and telecommunication, are appointed in the following government departments, through Engineering Service Exam, conducted by UPSC.
Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers.
Indian Railway Stores Service (Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering Posts).
Indian Ordnance Factories Service
Indian Naval Armament Service (Electronics Engineering Posts).
Assistant Executive Engineer Group
Engineer in Wireless Planning and Co-ordination Wing/Monitoring Organisation.
Assistant Naval Stores Officer GradeI (Electronics & Telecom Engineering
Posts) in Indian Navy.
Indian Supply Service.

To take the test, you must be within the age limit of 21-30 years. (with relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)
The application forms are available at designated post offices/head post offices throughout the country.
You may also apply online through www.upsconline.nic.in
The application form, both on-line and off-line, will be available after the notification is being published by UPSC.

And the eligibility for most of PSU jobs is 65% in aggregrate but Railways,BSNL..ask for 60% in aggregrate.

there are so many government jobs are available after B.tech in electronics and telecommunication. for most of the government job the eligibility criterion is candidate should Have minimum of first class (60%) in graduation to apply for the job.

some government sector which recruit electronics and telecommunication engineering candidates are ISRO, NTPC, BEL, BHEL, DRDO, BSNL JTO, SAIL etc.

recently the notification for BEL is published. the last date to apply for BEL is 10th May. so you may apply for BEL examination. you will get details about various government sector jobs from the website http://www.freshersworld.com
