Can any one can do govt job along with joining degree third year in regular mode at a time

No, it is not possible to do government job while pursuing degree third year at a time. You need to attend the office regularly while doing government job and you need to attend the classes regularly if you pursue degree third year in regular mode. So, if you got any government job, it is best to join or you can complete your degree course and then join in government job.

You can not do both at same time. Bachelor's degree in regular mode means if you have to be physically present in university or college to attend your college.

Suppose when you are in government job, you have to be present in your office. You can not be present at both places at same time. One solution to this problem is, you can do government job and pursue bachelor's degree from a UGC and DEC recognized university.
