Which graduation course can I take to become a Journalist?
Which graduation course can i take to become a journalist? I want to complete the course in 3 years is that possible ? Can you please help me to find the course and aply for the same to become a journalist. Hoping that someone would reply soon

To become a journalist, one can opt for any of the following courses :-
B.A( Hons ) Journalism (News) B.A( Hons ) Journalism (broadcast) B.A( Hons )Journalism (Multimedia) Diploma in Journalism B.Sc. in Journalism P.G. in Journalism Admission to various journalism institutes usually made through entrance exam conducted by the concerned institute. The exam are generally held in the month from May - July every year. Selection process consists of a written test followed by Group discussions and Interview. Eligibility criteria for a journalist are as under :- - The candidate must have passed 12th in any stream with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. -The candidate must possess good communication, linguistic, writing and listening skills. |

There are many courses available in journalism after (10+2). Yes. You can complete journalism course in 3 years duration.

To become journalist you have to complete your 12th in any discipline from recognised board with minimum 50% marks and then you have to take admission in 3 year degree course known as Bachelor of Mass Communication and Journalism. Age limit should be in between 17 to 25 years.

After schooling, you can take up graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication to become journalist. You must have passion in writing, photography, videography, multimedia, and computers. You have selection very good career option. If you are interested to become a Journalist then for this after intermediated you need to pursue in Mass Communication. In this you need a good personality and also good in english language in writing as well as in speaking.
