For clearing any exam it is important that you understand structure and pattern of the exam. You need to prepare thoroughly in all areas concerning the exam. Firstly you need to be thorough with your basics. Secondly attend good training institutes which will give you effective training for attending this exam. Always practice and try to attend mock tests. This will help you get full knowledge in all the different areas of the exam. You can visit the official site to know the syllabus of your area of specialization.

Dear Friend

GATE means Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering.Candidates who are interested in pursuing master's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of technology appear for this exam.

It is an objective type exam in which multiple choices are provided to each and every question and there is also negative marking.

So the first thing is clear that you will have to practice a lot to gain speed and accuracy .
Some of the important guidelines for effective preparation are as follows:

>>Go through the basic text books of each and every core subject of your engineering and build strong concept about each and every topic.

>>Practice on the numerical based on the text which you have read.

>>Go through the objective type questions based on it.

>After that ,practice on the previous year papers of the GATE exam of your subjects.

>>If you are unable to prepare yourself for the exam then please join some institute for better preparation like MADE EASY .

>>Proper revision of whatever you have read is very much important at periodic intervals.

>>Never lose confidence and always motivate yourself.

Hope the information helps and satisfies you.If you want any further clarification regarding this or you have any other query you can leave it here .

all the best for your career and life
