I am interested in writing an gate exam so pls give me guide lines for preparing
on gate exam.

For clearing any exam it is important that you understand structure and pattern of the exam. You need to prepare thoroughly in all areas concerning the exam. Firstly you need to be thorough with your basics. Secondly attend good training institutes which will give you effective training for attending this exam. Always practice and try to attend mock tests. This will help you get full knowledge in all the different areas of the exam. 1) Go through previous years GATE question papers.

2)Analyse the exam syllabus well to avoid study of unnecessary topics.

3)Try to do complete syllabus to get enough confidence to attempt any question.

4)Go for GATE coaching if possible. They give a smart and effective training to crack GATE.

5)Regular practice and concentration on the subjects is needed .

6)Try to clarify all concepts in your subjects as most of the questions are conceptual.
