What should be my method of study to obtain higher rank in IIT JEE 2011?
Are there any methods/tricks for quick identifying the solutions?

First , there is no short cut method, you need to have in depth knowledge of all topics and do enough sample papers, but rather than practising , your way of solving question is more important, so keep rectifying your mistake , that is the strategy which will help you to enter IIT.
All this talk about coaching are just useless.

Is coaching is necessary or by self study is it possible to crack I.I.T

yup coaching is very usefull unless your parents are pcm proffessors...with right track in coaching u start enjoying ur subject that is wat jee demands......at last everythiing pays off...
i joined coaching i even cleared nsep and rmo olympiad and dys tym soring 318 in jee..

For getting good marks in IITJEE you need to follow a regular routine from which you have to study about 8 to 10 hour daily. You just follow your text books that is enough for cracking the IITJEE. You can solve the previous years papers and other study materials which are useful for you. The basic this is that just clear your concept thats all nothing else. If your concept is clear then you will be able to answer all the conceptual questions asked in IITJEE.

i have 9 months.so i can crack iit during few month.i am not able to give time to selfstudy.so please give tips to crack iit during 9 month periods.

Its difficult to score highest mark........but u can score high, if u have attended the class with proper attention.

Well, there is no short cut for success. So you have to work hard to achieve success. I can guide you in one thing that you should try solving more objective questions. Buy a book which has ample objective ie mcq questions on a topic. It increases your solving skill.

I am a state board and a aspirant of iit.i still have 2 years .so please give me some suggestions to crack iit

as we all know that the iitjee exam is one the tough entrance exam .

but to crack such exam one must have the ability to do the smart work .
smart work in the sense you have to understand the basic concepts of the subjects like physics and chemistry.
you must do the chemical reaction's practice daily to understand the chemistry better.
about the maths the more practice of the variety of problems will be the key to success.

dear friend,
for cracking iit jee exam, not only hard work is required but strategy is also required for preparation. you must first study from ncert books to clear your concept. after that i will suggest you to study from
tata mcgraw hills for maths
d c pandey for physics
arihant for chemistry
you must also for once try to solve all the previous years question papers to get the knowledge of pattern and difficulty level of the exam.
while solving the sample papers, never see the solution directly. first try to solve the questions by yourself two to three times. if then also you fail, then see the solution.
you must remember these tips to get good result.

PRAGYAN-HOW CAN I CRACK THE IIT EXAM PROPERLY DURING B.SC 1.PLEASE REPLY

In order to score the maximum marks in JEE you need to do comparative study.
You need to properly analyse the questions asked in IIT so as to score the maximum marks you can.

According to my analysis the following things can really help you out:

1. Every year the chemistry part of IIT comes really easy, so you better make yourself as strong as possible in chemistry.

2. Physics is a lot easier to score than maths so go on with your physics preparation in a very nice manner.

3 Maths usually comes hard in IIT so it would be a lot good if you prepare selective topics for maths like vector alzebra.

4. Prepare only H. C. Verma for physics as the questions asked are always within the level of this book.

1.Academic qualification :
The candidate must have PCM in 12th standard .
The candidate must score minimum 60% marks in 12th.
