had government declered atkt facilitie for hsc commerce students? Please tell me if they have

why there is no atkt .we have to ioose our whole year cant there be an atkt for this year .Irequest the government to apply atkt for the std of 12th pls its arequest

why there is no atkt for hsc there are giving atkt to ssc who have the oral marks and lot other why we dont have atkt we have to score 35marks directly we dont get atkt facility and i am searching through net it told that in 2009 atkt was going to announce for both then why we dont have why it has been announced for only ssc
