how to answer the question -"do you have any questions" during an interview?

this is an tricky question actually,dont get too personal with the interviewer.
ask him question like "what are you people expecting from an employee joining the company"

you should ask an question at the end of the interview as it shows your interest in the field and is considered good if you ask any question related to the post you are applying for.........

you can ask about the technologies in which company is working at present,you can ask for any technical requiremnts company wants from your side,dont ask any personal que regarding company.

you ask questions related to your field .........do not get personal with the interviewer..............you can ask about the company.........what you want from a employee.

what are the scope for higher studies in your company?
or
what do the company expect out of me?

dont ever try to ask questions related to salary if you are fresher to any job.
and also never discuss about the location of posting.

The only success mantra for it is self confidence,and your frankness if you are able to maintain these two qualities,you can easily face any interview question.

One of most famous question in which also a person get tensed is "Tell me something about you"

So,tell me how will you answer this question?

while answering this question be calm and ask an question for sure,ask about the requirements of the job you are being interviewed ,the working conditions and try to present yourself as the suitable candidate for that question

if the interviewer asks you this question and if you really want to ask something feel confident about it and ask it in such a way that it impresses him and if you dont have any questions simple say no thank you dont fear

don't try to know anything by asking the question try to tell him something through this question this will be right way to answer the question

i think its much better to say any thing in the reply of this question as your reply can get taken positively or negatively which can affect you job opportunity so its better not say anything just give a smile and nothing else

they mostly ask about the latest thing in your field
don't worry they will not answer very diffcult questions. the most important thing is that you answer the question confidently and in right way.
also don't be personal,what ever they ask give answer to that only, don't go to other topics.

dont dither, ask sir, will i be sponsered by the company for further studies if i do well or will i get leave to appear in my exams

you should not ask unnecessary questions like salary , job comfortableness ........

at first on this time you should have your confidence level is high....
because its a very necessary thing for any interview.....

but most of the time a normal or general questions are asked in an interview......

There are various question that a candidate could ask to the interviewer like,
Who are your main competitors?
What are the company's long term goal?
What is my job description in the company?
How will my assocciation with company benefit me? and etc.

The interviewer ask this particular question to know the interest of the candidate in the company and answering "NO" to such question could lead to rejection of the candidate.

Interview is just a test to check you personality and your knowledge .they check your confident and presence of mind so for interview be confident

actually from my point of view you should always have some questions prepared. Questions prepared where you will be an asset to the organization are good. How soon will I be able to be productive? and What type of projects will I be able to assist on? are examples for that.

Most of them use to reply, "No, Sir".....Thank you....It may create a feeling to the interviewer that the concerned person is frustrated and so he is not asking any questions. At this time, some use to ask about salary so and so. This should not be asked at any point of time unless he says....You may ask any doubt in what he has told you in the interview ...You may ask his/her sweet name....One of my experiences is I asked whether there is a chance to go abroad in future??His reply was in gentle manner that its fully based on your performance. As you said, really its the question which makes everyone to prepare for, even its a simple question. Most of them want it to be unique and will tell something in fear..According to me, I use to introduce me first by name, schooling, college and finally the ambition followed by the steps am taking to achieve it....Thats all....With full confidence and no fear!!!!!!!!What else to say????...Its enough

yes,i do agree with you frend..inorder to check our positive mental strength...always one must not think that they know everything...man studies till his death...every person goes on studying something..he ie the real worthy person..here in the discussion,if the candidates says "no" there are no doubts..if once we entered an interview to company with a willing to work for it..the candidate do have so many doubts..but,you must ask the doubts...you must all the information regarding the company..YOU MUST QUESTIONS LIKE
1.ABOUT THE STRATEGIES OF THE COMPANY...

the question is a test on your ability to correspond of your eagerness,derivative to work in a organization

the main important thing is you should not create doubt that"is he capable for our job?"...he must be impressed with your performance.

Be confident while you are answering the questions of the interviewer,whatever they ask confidently answer them ,just show them you are capable enough for answering there questions.

yes frend...most probably..we must not ask the questions related to salary,working hours,what sort of work you are going to do in that company..until and unless he gives the information about them..and "at present what are the projects on which our company is working"..."can i help in those projects ....?"

It is just to check the candidate how eager he is in in their company...for that..you can ask him questions like what are the present projects of our company...?
And can i be helpful in completion of those projects sir..?

yes, you can ask question from the interviewers.

but never ask about the salary.you can ask like such a manner so that they couldn't feel that you are very greedy of money.

you can ask- what are your expectations from those who are going to join your company ?

The best one that worked for me- was asking with a smile to the interviewer how was the interview? The interviewers response to this question should let you know how it really went.

If you did very well- 90% of the time the interviewer would laugh out or give a smile and give you a honest answer stating that you did good with a mild constructive feedback if any.
If you did not- the interviewer would give a sarcastic answer- Oh you were fantastic!..Or it was good we will get back to you. Its important to see the reaction of the interviewer.

If you feel that after the laugh the interviewer is uncomfortable answering the question. Just laugh with the interviewer and say thanks a lot for your time and prepare to exit.

This question is very often at the time of interview. Actually this question is asked to know that :
--how much curosity do you have in your mind about company?
--what will you respond at this moment?
--do you have creative mind or relational mind?

Do not much think upon this question, simply say anyone of them:
-- No sir, I am equally satisfied.
--yes sir, Do I sound overconfident?
--yes sir, how many persons will be in my team or in training time?(whatever is applied in your situation)

Again I want to say that it is totally situational scene, means you can only say 'Do i sound overconfident' till then you are not overconfident, otherwise you will soon let you know by them that you were really overconfident.

i think for this question it is not necessary that you have to ask something. but if you really want to ask them something than ask what i have to learn before joining to the company or am i over confident or you may ask something about the company.

but never ask about how was your interview session or something on you. i think it is not good for impression. just always be smart with confident.

It is depend on the type of interview .Interview are of two types HR and Technical.In HR interview they can ask general questions .But in technical they can asked questions about your related subjects.

Thats a really nice question as most people do have questions while giving an interview bit tend not to ask when given the opportunity.
The only to be successful is that be an extrovert. If you have any doubt or need any clarification just go ahead and ask.
Most of the time when you go for an interview and are asked whether you have any questions or dont hesitate ask whatever you want like what would be the salary structure, how many PL's CL's will you be getting, working hours, incentives, bonuses etc..
It will leave a good impression on the person interviewing you.
But one important thing is dont overdo or be over smart that could act against you.
