Re: How to become an employee of an IT company?
You can join in to trainee level positions in software/IT companies. Junior programmer, junior software developer, etc are some of the job positions to which you can apply. After gaining adequate work experience, you can move to higher job roles. Otherwise, you can try for higher education programmes. Courses like MCA, MCM, M.Sc, etc will help you to find a rewarding career.

Re: How to become an employee of an IT company?
IT stands for Information and Technology and it is one of the most advanced fields of computers. In fact it is something that has taken the world by surprise by doing things which were beyond human imagination at one point in time. However, there are a few things that you must know before you plan to enter the IT Space.
1. You need to be a B.Tech in Computer Science/IT preferably if you want to get a job in this sector. Its not a very tedious ask.. in fact many people these days do their engineering with computer subjects and then end up getting jobs in the IT Companies. But since you are a BCA, the scope for you is a little less as compared to those of B.Techs. But it is not something to worry badly about. In fact, even BCA deals with computer studies and so the scope of you getting jobs in IT Companies is totally open. Here are a few ways by which you can try to get a good job: 1. Give the top employability tests in India like AMCAT/Elitmus which ensure that you give a common entrance exam and then companies can come and only interview you on the basis of them. Once you are done with them, you can start applying in the companies recruiting through those scores and finally end up getting a good job in IT Company. For your info some of the top IT Companies are Accenture, IBM, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Syntel, CGI, CSC, etc. 2. You may also relocate to any of the top IT Hubs like Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad etc and start attending Walk-in jobs there. Its not that easy but nothing comes easy in life. You have to face hardships before you get placed. |
