If I am asked why do you want to join this particular organization? What to answer?

There is no right or wrong answer of this question.

This is just a tricky question which if you answer, tells the HR that

how much have you been known about the company and how could

you link your dream and desire in that company.

To be able to answer this question you should have some knowledge

regarding the operation,production,new venture,new projects, and other

positive aspects of the company.

eg. You can mention the reputation of company in its category, new projects,

research activities, employee satisfaction graph, other opportunities provided

to freshers etc etc. You have to mention that you want XYZ in the where you

would join and you very well see all those XYZ in this company. You should pretend

whatever one may get in that particular company you want only those things and

you have to mention all of them only. No more points, no less points.
You should also check with some seniors who have faced interviews and are placed

in some companies now.

To get the information about the company you should take complete advantage of

Internet and an employee(if you know someone in that particular company).

so you have to take care of all this things in your answer.
in your answer you should mention the below things like

1.you wanted to join a company like this.

2. you like their projects, work, environment, attitude which satisfies all that u wanted.

3.you should mention about the company's reputation and growth scope.

4.it will be good if you will tell about some of their recent deals and projects .

its job profile and its working environment.
if you know any one working in that company then mention about that person in your talk.
all that you should do is talk positively about that company and with confidence.
