You can join Indian Army through CDSE exam.So you can apply for CDSE exam.

COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE EXAM(CDSE)

This exam is conducted by UPSC in every year.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Those candidate are completed graduation are eligible for CDSE exam but 12 standard subject must be Math and Physics.

B-TECH ans BE student are also eligible for this exam .But you have not any Pending Backlog.

Final Year student are also eligible for CDSE exam.There is no percentage marks criteria.

AGE CRITERIA

Indian Military Academy - 19-24 Years
Air Force Academy - 19-23 Years
Naval Academy - 19-22 Years
Officer's Training Academy - 19-25 Years

To become an Indian Army Officer, one has to crack NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam conducted twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II.

The eligible candidate aspiring for Indian Army of NDA, must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and mental health.

The NDA can be applied through on line by paying requisite fee for the exam.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal interview along with Physical Fitness and Medical Test.

For Becoming a Officer in Indian Army you will have to apply for UPSC CDS(Combined Defence Services) Exam.In order to apply for this exam,you will have to meet these Eligibility condition :-

Educational qualification :-
-->>Your minimum qualification should be Graduation passed out from recognized university.
-->>Your degree should be approved from the UGC/AICTE.
-->>Your Honors paper in Graduation should be Physics/Mathematics.

Age :-

• Your minimum age should be 18 years.
• Your age should not be above 24 years.

Important Dates for CDS 2013

• Notification for CDS will be published on 25th May 2013 in "Employment News".
• Registration will be start from 25th May 2013(Saturday).
• Last date to apply for this exam will be 24th June 2013.

Exam Fee :- To apply for this exam,you will have to pay Rs 200 in any SBI Branch either by Cash or by Online Payment Method.

Selection Process :-

• Eligibility Test.
• Physical Efficiency Test.
• Written Test.
• Medical Examination.
• Interview.

which subject should i prepare for cdse i have number for eyes does it matters

if there ia a little weakness in my eyes then shall i be able to pass the physical and medical test which is required ?
