how can apply drdo exam? and i'm b.tech last year student...please tell me the procedure to apply

DRDO conducts Scientist Entry Test every year.
(Not essentially every year, depends on vacancy)

The advertisement for the test is published in April-May.
The entrance test is conducted in the month of September, generally.
The test comprises of two sections;
Section A- Engineering/Science Discipline
Section B- Analytical and Qualitative skills, Current affairs and General awareness.

Eligibility :

qualification :
at least first class degree in engineering with any of following branch :

* Electronics & Communication Engg
* Mechanical Engg
* Computer Science & Engg
* Chemical Engg
* Electrical Engg

Age Relaxation :
- upto 3 years for OBC
- upto 5 years for ST/SC/Handicap

Nationality : Only for Indians

*** final years students can also apply

yes, you can apply in for DRDO entrance exam after B.Tech.

final year students are also eligiable.

the criteria which is required to join in DRDO exam is given below

1.minimum 65% marks in B.Tech is require to join in DRDO.

2.age limit 21-29.

DRDO - Defence Research Development Organization

The DRDO Scientist Entrance Test (SET) exam will be conducted every year in the month of September.
The application forms will be available in the month of mid July or August.

How To Apply for DRDO SET:

You are required to apply in the specified electronic application forms. DRDO issues notification for this exam in all major dailies. These application forms along with information booklet containing instructions for filling the application will be available at selected branches of SBI. For General/OBC candidates there is Rs 100 as application form cost and another Rs 200 as exam fee. However for SC/ST candidates exam fees is exempted and the application form with information brochure will be available on payment of Rs 100/-. For HH/OH candidates, there is no Application or Examination fee.

Any engineering graduate with B.Tech or MSc degree in Aero, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Computer, Electronics/Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Metallurgy etc and Science subjects such as Chemistry, Physics and Maths/ Operations Research/ Statistics etc. The age limit is 28 years. For SC/ST students there is an age relaxation by 5 years and for OBC, there is a 3 year age relaxation.
