COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES (CDS)

This is the exam, through which one can apply in the INDIAN army, after the completion of his\her graduation.
this exam is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC) every year. Through this examination, one can apply for the INDIAN AIR FORCE, INDIAN NAVY, INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY .
The educational requirements for this CDS exam is a graduation degree. If you want to apply for the INDIAN AIR & NAVAL FORCE, you must have PHYSICS & MATHS in graduation , you must have scored at least 60% (aggregate)
.
Otherwise, you can only apply for the INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY.

You must have INDIAN nationality

You must have marital status unmarried.

Age limit-

19-22 years for the NAVY,
19-23 years for the AIR FORCE,
19-25 years for the MILITARY.
