i hav above 75% aggregate in BE, 10th nd 2nd pu..do i hav to attend aptitude test..tel me wat are all the rounds i have to face...?????

Almost all Multinational companies like TCS, IBM, HCL, Infosys etc conduct aptitude test which is the first stage in case of on campus or off campus recruitment. Aptitude test is the first stage which is used to filter candidates from large number of candidates participating in recruitment drives.

Various rounds of recruitment drives are as below:

>>Aptitude Test and e mail writing.

Some MNC also conduct Group Discussion after aptitude test.

>>Technical interview.

>>Human Resource interview.

You will have to clear all these rounds for final recruitment in any multinational company. You are eligible for all companies recruitment drives in terms of percentage after scoring 75% marks in Bachelor of engineering, 10th and 10+2.

Most of the multi national companies follow the following recruitment method

Aptitude Test
Group discussion
Technical interview
General interview

To prepare for aptitude test, you can very well follow R S agarwall book. Only after clearing aptitude test, you will be able to go for group discussion.
