No You can not become Marine Engineer after completing B.Tech in EEE branch.
Marine Engineering eligibility criteria required to pass Intermediate with Physics,maths and chemistry and get admitted in B.tech Marine Engineering a four year course to study after you become a Marine Engineering.
But after completing B.tech in EEE in no way one can become Marine Engineer,EEE is a completely different branch of Engineering whereas Marine Engineering is a different of Engineering,they can not be mixed in any way.Hence,there is no chance of doing Marine Engineering after doing Engineering in EEE.

However there ia chance of becoming an Marine Engineering,after doing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering as there is a lot of similarities between these courses.
