I am stuyding b.e automobile 3rd year.what is the qualification

RTO stands for Regional Transport Officer and for recruitment as officer candidates have to appear and qualify in entrance examination conducted by State PSC.

The eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed graduation/mechanical engineering/diploma in automobile.

So, you will be eligible to appear for examination after completion of B.E course. The age limit to appear for examination varies with PSC.

The candidates have to qualify in written and interview stages before final selection.
