Respected Sir, I have a OBC Caste Certificate of UP but I want to change it to Central Government list so I want to know how can I change my UP OBC Certificate to Central Government list? Please answer as soon as possible.

1. The list of Other Backward Class in state and government is different. Some caste may be recognized as OBC in state list but not in central list. These candidates can not apply for OBC certificate from central government.

2. If your caste is mentioned in both state and central list then only you can apply for OBC certificate from central government.
