Please check the following link for a detailed list of OBC castes for Central Government jobs. According to the following document you don't belong to OBC category. There is no mentioned of "lingayat" caste in the Central list.

I gadag from my name is veeresh hiremath my school certificate cast is Hindu Linvanth is their but I applied in kpsc selection I applied cast and income certificate thashildhar is issued veers Shiva length and as per thasildhar certificate enclosed I application applied Cast reservation 3 B kPSC section my name short list after govt selation officer send verification department send thashilar issued veerashivya lingayath but DC and My certificate is Hindu Linvath appointment authorized is miss marched is School Certified and DC Letter and Thashildhar Letter is difference so you not legible saying

please how can take appetent in Karnataka state

LC = Hindu lingavanth
Thasildhar Letter = Veer Shiva Lingavanth
DC Letter = Hindu lingavath
got dept is rejected my appointment

I am shwetha belongs to veerashaiva lingayath. does it comes under obc in centrl govt list? if not atleast they should provide EWS certificate. But in Telangana they are not at all providing EWS or obc. so please conform me that to which caste we belongs to in central level. Please send your answer to [email protected]
