I am from Bihar and I want to make central government OBC caste certificate to take admission in Delhi university. So, where I go to get the certificate?

You can get the OBC certificate from the nearby Tehsil or District magistrate. You need any photo identity proof to get such certificate like voter id or Aadhar card. Also, make sure that your caste comes under the list of OBC category.

You can check the state government as well as central government list for OBC castes which are eligible for reservation benefit.
