Dear..

Due to long Gap between exam and registration this is always happens to many a student that they loose their card

First of all its advisable that you should search for it as the second process will drive you crazy because you have to show some real patience to get that card back.

Ok now if you have find it and could not get it then write a application on a blank paper regarding this and also mention all your details and also attach a ID of yours along with the application.

Now try to first call them and ask for the problem and if not then contact your institution and try to get help from them

If this is not helping then post the application. You will then receive a duplicate card along with a fine
