my grandfather was a freedom fighter.can i get admission in iit and nit through gate 2013?

I have got 25.67 marks in GATE 2013 ECE Gen category which is just qualify. Please guide me what should I do next. What can I get with this rank. Should I go for colleges which take their own exams. If yes, then please provide me a list. Please help.

when is the last date to apply online for admission into nit for mtech through gate 2013

i have got 36marks in gate 2013 and score is 374 in civil.In which NITs can i get admissions for mtech.What is the admission procedure to get seat in NITs.
please help me.

You have just qualified the GATE exam so there is no chance to get admission in IITs and top 20 NITs.You should try at following colleges-

MBM engineering college,Jodhpur

Kota Engineering college,

City college of engineering

NIT Srinagar

NIT Meghalya

SRM university,Chennai campus

VIT University,Vellore campus

SGISTS,Indore

DAVV ,Indore

Malwa instite of technology ,Bhopal

HBTI,Kanpur

NIT Agartala

NIT Silchar

NIT Hamirpur

Cochin university

Defence institute of advance technology,

These are govt colleges except SRM and VIT so keep trying upto last counselling round.

I have passed GATE 2013 with marks 56.67 in ECE branch. My GATE Score is 612 for 13-14 and AIR is 1441. May I able to get admissin in any IITs for M.Tech. Please guide.

To get joined in IIT and NIT through gate is first of all you write the gate exam qualify there after that counselling will be done go and attend the counselling as per your marks only you will get the colleges
