If you have completed your Graduation degree, then you are eligible to join the Indian Army.
You can join Indian Army through the CDS ( Combined Defense Services). You can apply for the job online.
CDS exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.

You can apply for this exam and there are 3 stages of this exam.
! Written exam.
! Personal ( SSB Interview).
! Medical Exam.

Indian Army doesn't have any such posts. If there is any human resources department in Indian Army, then it is constituted of mostly existing officers only.

There is Army Education Corps for those who want to teach in Indian Army. They mostly ask for those who have B.Ed qualification.

You just have to contact Army office or send them mail which they usually reply within a week or two.
