You will have to score more than 90% to get the scholarship. Moreover, you need to apply in a institution which provides scholarship to candidates on merit basis to avail it.
Or you can approach any NGO which funds for students who are BPL (Below Poverty Line), for their education.
Your question lack proper information as you haven't mentioned your academic qualification details and your family background. You haven't even mentioned your category- SC/ST/OBC or general. You haven't even defined for which higher studies do you require the scholarship.
