I am pursuing b.tech final yr from Computer science.how am i improve my communication skills in english because my communication skills in english are not good..so plz help me and tell me that what am i do??

First of all donor scare of English language if you are doing mistake in speaking also just speak let other correct your English this way you can improve a lot..

also you can follow some task like

* You need to talk in English...

*should not feel shy to talk in English which most people feel..

*start reading newspaper

*start watching english newschanels

*last but not least discuss things in this forum will also make you improve in communication skills!!

English is world language so it is good to learn engilish.

To learn english,

Daily you have to read english news papers.

you have to wanch engish news, movies, songs

you have to speck with other in english but you dont shy while you speaking

better to go for english coaching centers

Communication means a sender sends a massage and a receiver receives it .When this proses is done without any disturbance ,then we can say that the communication is successful .
Tips to improve communication skill -

1.Read news papers ,books, magazines .
2.Speak in English with the people around you .Speak with those persons regularly who is good in English.Try to speak in English in front of mirror .
3.Listen to people when they are speaking in English.Watch news channels .
4.Read simple grammar books to improve your grammar .

To improve the communication the most things required is English environment. But it happens in very rare cases so it will be better if you will do more work in English. Try to listen songs in English, read newspaper, and speak in English.

hi my school life is tamil medium. my college life is english medium. but i a have completed in my ug in government college. Last year december i came chennai. so i am fear to speak english. Patricularly interview is very fear to me. becasue we are speaking in fluent communication. so i cant understand. but slowly tell i under stand. so this is my stage. please any idea to my fear is clear aga.

To improve english, the first thing needed is the will to learn the language.

Language can only be learnt with passion and practice.

Never hesitate to communicate in English, even if youthink you are wrong!
No one, not even an American, came to this world with prior knowledge of English.

Always refine your vocabulary by consulting the dictionary for any new word that you encounter.

Try to read books and journals in the language daily.

With daily practice and conversation, you will be fluent in the language.

how to talk without fear???

Its really good when u learn english with some socio economic knowledge...so u can have an edge during JAM sessions and G.D.

So What i want to u to do is read EDITOR coulmn in THE HINDU newspaper...where u can see many readers post there views on present national and international issues..read them and try to speak what u read in it infront of the mirror...hope u get the grip on English as well as social knowledge.This what i have done to improve my English..

now,i develop my confidence for such a good tips.surely hereafter i will think,speak.... in english.
but i have one doubt .how can i speak english without fearness?how can i check whether i m good or not.

The best way to do that is when you are speaking english , record your voice and then listen it carefully to find out the errors and mistakes you have done.
This way you can improve not only the grammar part but also you will come to know exactly what are the areas you need improvements. Reading newspapers sometime be boring..I would rather suggest you to watch lot of english movies , in that way you will improve your vocabulary and at the same time you will have fun ;).
