sir,
im a b.tech graduate though im good at my academics im losing companies jus because of my lack of english communication skills.
please help me out sir say me some tips to solve this problem..

Communication skills can be improved only through regular practice. Reading books and interacting with others will help you to improve your language skills. If you feel difficult in self-preparation, you can approach a finishing school or any soft skill development centers. They will guide you with relevant tips to improve your communication skills. They will conduct GD sections, mock test and demo practice to bring up your confidence level.

Improve your writing & Grammar :

To crack a good job in private sector , you have to improve good skills in communication and personality .
Here are some tips :

You can improve your communication skills by watching a lot of Hollywood movies, and English TV series. Initially start of with subtitles and later on try watching them without the subtitiles. After a few tries you will actually get a hold on how a 'speech delivery' works.
Once you get a hold of it, try to join an IELTS or TOEFL coaching class. A dual advantage is what you get from this. Not only you can omprove your English vocabulary and speaking capability, but also you can write these exams and in future if you want to shift abroad, this would surely help.

Only a good listener can be a good learner and speaker. So try to listen, either its English news or movies or a lecture. Try to notice how they pronounce words, and try to correct yourself afterwards.

If you want to speak English fluently, then exercise your tongue. Just take an english magazine or newspaper and read the articles loudly and pronounce correctly. If you are not sure about pronunciation them use Oxford Dictionary or find it on internet.

* Don't Hesitate :-
If you perform the last sleep daily for half an hour for one month, you will get rid of hesitation in speaking english. Try to speak to your teachers, lecturers or professors in English. Don't leave any opportunity of speaking in English.

* You can order some CD courses for english learning.

* You can also join spoken english classes where you will get to interact with many other students practicing for the same. At there, you will get a guidance to improve your english to a better extent.
