Migration from correspondence to regular course in delhi university. how it is done ? what is the eligibility?

I am a bcom pass student of SOL delhi university. I have given a first year exams this year.I want migrate myself to regular. can i do this? if yes, then what is the procedure and eligibility? how and when should i apply.
