Yes you are eligible to do M.Com in regular mode after B.Com in correspondence mode. The eligibility to study the M.Com is passing in B.Com. You have to apply to the colleges when admission is going on. Some of the colleges may have entrance examination for the admission. The course is available in many colleges like,

S.S.R College of Arts Commerce and Science - http://ssr.edu.in/
Madras Christian College –

Loyola College - http://www.loyolacollege.edu/

You have completed B.Com degree through correspondence so you are not eligible for M.Com course in regular mode.

Eligibility criteria for M.Com admission:-

If you have completed B.Com degree with above 60% marks from a recognized university are eligible for M.Com course.

Your age should be above 18 years.
