I m first year engg. Student from watumall engg. Institute,worli. I want to change my college. Can i get admission in other more best engg.college in second year on my first year marks?

Sorry my friend but there is no such liberty to change your college on the basis of your first year marks but if you are not happy from your college you can re appear for the entrance exam and take admission in your choice of college
but for that you have to work hard
