cat is conducted by indian institute of management to get admission into two year full time mba/pgdm programme. it is conducted only once in a year in the month of november or december.

CAT - COMMON ADMISSION TEST is an entrance exam conducted by IIM(Indian Institute of Management) for admission to MBA(Master of Business Administration) course.

The candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream of education with at least 50% marks(45% for SC/ST candidate) from a recognised University, is eligible to apply for CAT.

There is neither any restriction to number of attempts to CAT nor any limitation to upper age.

CAT can only be applied through on line by paying exam fee for Rs.1600.00 which is a computer based exam comprising of all objective type questions bases on:-
