How to do diploma course in Petroleum Engineering in distance?


Sir,

Myself Ramesh.I have Completed my twelfth std in 2002 and I am working in an Oil tool Company for more than three year.I want to do a diploma course in Petroleum Engineering in Distance education. If it is Possible,please let me know the Name of the Institution(inside in India),Thank You.

Sir,
I am a diploma holder in mechanical engineering,now working as a QA/QC inspector in a downhole tools production work shop.i am verymuch intrested in joining in drilling industry,So where can i get an advanced cource in drilling?

I have completed mechanical engineering. But still I have to pass in some subjects. Can i join for diploma petroleum engineering.? What is the duration of the course? How much is the fee?

I would like to know if there is any colleges which offer this course out side india
