hii sir,
i am presently pursuing my 3rd yr btech(mechanical engineering)... i have an aggregate of 63%.. i want to do an internship at L&T during summer vacations...
plz guide me how to approach d company so that i can complete my internship successfully... thn q

~~~Intrenship training in summer~~~

Now a days teachers ask there students to cary out intrenship trainning during summer vacation before the comencement of final year program. Proseger you have to carry for doing intrenship in any of the company is as follows.
1 Write a letter to the HR department of the company. The format of letter is generaly given by the collage itself.
2 As you have not compleated your coarse the letter must contain seal of institute and sine of principle.
3 You must also atach your circulam vitta with the application letter. The circulam vitta contains general, acadmic and extra circulam activity information in it.
4 If the company calls you for interview face it and get started.

Eligbility.
1 You must be 18year of age or above.
2 You must not have any backlog subject.

Generaly you have to make contact personaly with concerned athority of the company.

but where i hav to post that letter...???????
n any eligibility for that trainning...?????

But how to apply for L& T

Hi

Try to find various contacts in L & T via LinkedIN
and send your resume to them. Make sure you talk to them before sending them your resume.
Try to push your CV via any personal contact/friend/relative working in that company.
This often help. Many time HR creates an extra vacancy for summer internship if requested by its employees.
