How to do MBA/PGDBM/PGDBA to teach Management students


I have done M.Com. with 65% and have also done Ph.D. in Commerce and also have Qualified UGC net Commerce. Now Am I eligible for UGC net Management?
Do i need to do MBA/PGDBM/PGDBA to teach Management students?from where I can do MBA
