See my friend, this is very simple.If you take pressure and less-confident then you will not be succeed in the interview although you have cleared the aptitude test.So some formalities like haw to speak, how to put on the dresses,how would your attitude (because attitude is very important thing for any interview),how to give answer to the interviewer, how to set up your resume -- all these are depend upon you.If these all are well and good then you will crack the interview.
