hi..... please tell ..... how to get admission in best universities of america , canada , singapore FOR MASTER IN SCIENCE ... i have done Btech in ECE.. also i do not have toefl ,gre , sat etc scores .... please guide

To get admission in best universities of US, Canada and Singapore for MS you need to appear for GRE and TOEFL as these scores are accepted by many universities.
Criteria for GRE is 320 above out of 340 and you need to clear TOEFL exam if the university has that criteria too.
There is no escape from these exam as these exams are like entrance exams for the universities.
Suggest you to join a good coaching classes in your locality as they will help you with exam, admission process and scholarship.
