For getting job in any of the well reputed core company you have to work hard. You may try for the job on different qualification standards like on basis of 12th, graduation or on basis of masters. But my suggestion to you is that you should have to complete at least your graduation before going for the job. The main reason behind my preference is that after completing graduation we got sufficient pay scale. For getting the job you have to attempt the various test conducted by the different companies. After clearing the test you have to face an interview. After representing yourself in the interview you have to wait for the company's response. If you are listed as selected then you will got a job.
