Diploma holders in E & C can look for various job opportunities in railways and other technical departments. In railways, they can join as Junior Engineer. BHEL, SAIL, etc are some of the PSU where you can look for a job. Government departments offer adequate technical job opportunities. You can also look for a job position in the field of defense.
