i have few subject but not communication skills .what and how i got job please complain brefly sir

If you mean by less subjects that you have high backlogs in your qualification areas you need to clear them. Communication skills are important in any job. You need to develop these skills. You may join any training institute for the same. Also if required you need to do the same to clear your backlogs.
