You must completed 12th course with minimum of 60% from recognized board

You must contain PHYSICS , CHEMISTRY , MATHS in your +2

Your Agelimit not be more than 19 Years.

BITSAT

IIT - JEE

AIEEE

If you want to join Aeronautical Engineering course then you must be 10+2 pass with physics and mathematics.

If you get a good rank in these examination then you will be eligible for admission into your desired institute for aeronautical engineering.

From next year there will be common entrance for Engineering known as ISEET.

So you have to apply for only one entrance .

Candidates who have passed 12th class with PCM as subjects are eligible to apply for Aeronautical Engineering. The percentage required in 12th class to join this course is 50%. Those who come under special category can avail relaxation in marks. Admission for Aeronautical engineering will be given for only those who qualify common entrance examination. AIEEE is the qualifying examination which one needs to attend so as to get admission for this course. On the other hand, Joint Entrance exam is conducted for those who wish to join IIT’s for the same. Several other institutions conduct their own separate entrance exam (both at state or national level) to select candidates for this course.

To join aeronautical engineering you should write engineering entrances like 1)iitjee 2)aieee 3)eamcet 4)iist 5)vit 6)bitsat and other state board exams and iist is the best institute for aeronautical engineering in india and if you do aeronautical in iit's you will be placed better and aeronautical has more scope in future so prepare well

The process of taking admission is pretty simple. Let me clear this confusion for you. In order to take admission for engineering, you must appear in a competitive entrance exam. The options include:


ISEET

UPSEE

BITSAT


You should appear for ISEET entrance exam and the state level exam for engineering. For example, if you belong to Uttar Pradesh then appear for the UPSEE entrance exam.


ISEET will now be only national level entrance exam for B.Tech admission. Earlier students used to appear for AIEEE and IIt-JEE. But both these exams will get scraped from next year and ISEET will be introduced for the students.


Those who want admission in IITs or NITs would have to appear for the ISEET entrance exam. Like I said earlier that you also have the option to appear for engineering entrance exam for your state. Alternatively some private universities also conducts entrance exams which include BITSAT.


Please note that it would be necessary to appear for entrance exam in order to get admission. Although there are some colleges that offer direct admission on merit. But for that you must have scored at least 95 percent marks.



Here is the eligibility criteria for the ISEET entrance exam.

1. Must have completed 10+2 from a recognized university.

2. Your subjects in 12th should include Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

3. Minimum of 40 percent marks in 12th board.

Hello friend, Aeronautical is a very niche course and offers a really great career. The best place to persue Aeronautical Engineering is IITs.
IITs have one of the best Aeronautical Engineering courses in India. To get into IITs you need to write IIT JEE exam which is conducted every year in the month of April.
The eligibility criteria for appearing in the exam is you must have atleast 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in your 12th class.
Based on your score in IIT JEE, you will be alloted a seat in your desired course.

After passing 12th with Physics, chemistry and maths with minimum 50% marks for I.I.T Minimum 60% marks is require.

5% Relaxation for ST/SC candidate.

For Aeronautical engineering for have to qualify the exam like:-
> A.I.E.E.E
> I.I.T-J.E.E
> B.I.T.S.AT
> I.S.A.T
> S.R.M.E.E.E
