sir i am 42year civil engg i want to join govt servic plz help me

You have not mentioned your educational qualification and in which category you fall so cannot give you an exact answer to your query. Generally the upper age limit of maximum entrance exam for government exams is 30 years and there is a relaxation of 3 years to 5 years and in some cases upto 10 years for reserved candidates. So at the age of 42 years you have crossed the upper age limit to appear for the entrance exam conducted by different government boards.

Fine you are a civil engineer and now you want to join in Government sector. First of all you don't have mention your educational qualification and about your experience in industry.

What-about I know for Government section maximum age to join is 38 years. As far as it concern you are not eligible for Government section. You have to try for this before. But if are not in General category then you are eligible.

GEN. - maximum 38 years
S.C. / S.T. / O.B.C. - maximum 43 years
