I completed my Msc computer science.i scored 81% marks.i want to go with government jobs.It may be either state or central government job.am i eligible for government jobs.i am 34 yrs old.is my age bar or not?please answer my question.

Age limit for Government jobs after doing M.Sc in Computer Science is 21 to 30 years.
Most of the government jobs also gives relaxation in age as per government norms.

For OBC candidate : 3 years
For SC/ST candidate : 5 years
For Ex-service men : 5 years
For Physically handicapped : 10 years.

You can only apply for government job if you are in SC/ST or Ex-service men or Physically handicapped category.

Normally, most of the government jobs have upper age limit up to 30 years if you belong to general category. There is relaxation for reserved categories. Hence, you might have chance if you belong to reserved category.

You can apply for NET/SET if you want to become a lecturer in government colleges. Upper age limit is not there for lectureship.
