I am P.vigneshwaran.I want to join in Indian army.tell how to join.I got 80% marks in 12th and 10th.Now Im doing b.tech.Tell how to join in Indian army.

Hello friend you can join indian army through NDA exam

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY
(a) Age Limits, Sex and Marital Status:

Only unmarried male candidates

(b) Educational Qualifications:

(i) For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: – 12th Class pass of 10+2 pattern of School Education or
equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course of Naval
Academy:- 12th Class pass of 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination with Physics and
Mathematics, conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Candidates who are appearing in 12th class under 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this Examination.

(c) Physical Standards:

Candidates must be physically fit according to the physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination

Yeah you are eligible for Indian army after 12th standard but this is done with NDA(National Defence Academy) exam and this exam is conducted by the UPSC two times in a year i.e NDA-I and NDA-II.


Eligibility criteria:-

Candidate should be complete 12th standard or any equivalent degree from a recognised university.

You must be an INDIAN origin.

You must be physically fit.

Only unmarried and male candidates are eligible, girls are not eligible for this exam.


For indian navy and army you must have to complete 12th standard with PCM subjects but need for indian army.


Age criteria:-


Minimum age limit:- 16.5 years.

Maximum age limit:- 19years.

No age relaxation for any reservation candidates.


Selection process:-


1. Written examination,

2. SSB interview,

3. Personal interview.

i.e, NDA-I & NDA-II

there is no minimum percentage required for this exam.

candidate age limit should be 16.5 to 19 years.

Only male candidates should be eligible. The candidate should unmarried.

You are eligible to join in ARMY.If you want to join in ARMY first you need to crack the NDA exam this exam is conducted by the UPSC twice a year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidate should complete 12th standard from a recognized university of india.

Age limit required for this exam is 16.5 to 19 years.

No percentage of marks required in 12th standard

Candidate should be a citizen of india

Physically fit for candidate

Unmarried male candidates are applicable

You have two option to join in Indian army.
1.NDA

2.After the graduation through CDS or other exams conducted by UPSC.

NDA Eligibility:-

To join in Indian army a candidate to complete 12th standard from the recognized board.
Age: Candidates age must be within 16 1/2 years to 19 years.
An Indian male can write NDA entrance examination.
Candidates marital status must be single.
Candidates eye sight must be normal 6"/6" also free from colour blindness.

So, you have already in B.tech so, you can eligible for armed forced after the completion of your graduation only.

It is nice that you are interested towards the Indian Army.You have to appear in the NDA exam.This exam is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year.This exam is conducted for the following three wings:-


Indian Air Force.
Indian Army.
Indian Navy.


The basic eligibility criteria for this exam is to have a +2 course in any stream from a recognized university with good percentile.Also the appearing aspirants age must lie in between 16.5 years to 19 years to be eligible for this exam.


If exceed the age of 19 years then you can not apply for this exam.You have to now apply for the CDS exam.This exam also conducted by the UPSC every year.

The basic eligibility criteria for this exam is to have a bachelor degree in any stream from a recognized university with good percentile for the Army wing.Also the appearing aspirants age must lie in between 19 years to 24 years to be eligible for this exam in Army wing.
