Sorry to say that you are not applicable for NDA exam because your age now 24 years old.

But NDA exam required maximum age is 19 years old.

If you have Graduation degree then you are applicable for recruitment of CDS and UES exam.

But if you want to go for 1st year of your graduation degree , then also you are not applicable for CDS ,UES and AFCAT exam .

Because after 3 years , your age should be 24+3=27 years old .

So at the 27 year persons are not eligible for Indian Defense sector.

But you have one option to go for GD post of BSF , CISR,ITBP ,CRPF .Because this exam required 10th standard.And your age should be below 27 years old.Age relaxation provide for reserved category.

UPSC conducts the NDA Exams twice a year for candidates.

Hello dear, I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for niether NDA nor CDS as the age limit for NDA is below 19 years and for CDS is below 24 years.

As per UPSC rules and regulations the upper age limit for the NDA examinations is 19 years that is beyond 19 years you are not eligible for the NDA examinations.

So friend,sorry to say that you cannot appear for the NDA examinations due to the age limitations.

If you have pursued your bachelor's degree then you can go for the

1.CDS exam : Upper age limit is 25 years

2.University Entry scheme.

But if you have not done your graduation then you have to leave the defence field and try to make your career in some other field like banking sector ,civil services examinations .

At the age of 24 years, it is not possible to join NDA as you are already been over aged.

NDA - National Defence Academy, the exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass i any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

So you can better try for CDS(Combined Defence Service) conducted by UPSC after Graduation in any stream within the age of 19 to 25 years.

You have a not knowledge about the NDA examination that why i am providing the NDA Exam details for you information .

NDA Exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year in the month of April and August and it is called as NDA I and NDA II .

Eligibility Criteria ::

• Aspirant must have passed their intermediate(10+2 School Education) from a recognized School .
• Aspirant must have attained the age of 16.5 years and must not have attained the age of 19 years .
• Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply .
• NDA Exam is conducted for admission to Army wings , Navy wings and Air force wings .
• Studying in the final year of 12th exam may also eligible .

But you can apply for SBI Clerical OR SBI Associate bank examination and this is examination conducted Once in a year .

The applicant must have completed Higher Secondary Level Examination in any discipline from a recognized School or equivalent qualification .

The applicant must secure at least 60% marks in aggregate in their examination and 55% marks for reserved categories .

The applicant age must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 28 years and Upper age limits is applicable .

You are not at all eligible for NDA at the age of 24 years.

NDA - National Defence Academy, the exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness.

So as you have already crossed the maximum age limit for NDA, you are not eligible for this.

As you're 24 years of age, you're not eligible for appearing in the NDA, because the maximum age limit permitted is 19 years.
Now if you want to go in the defense services, you can apply for CDS, which is also conducted twice in a year like NDA, by upsc.
And if you want to join air force, you will have to give AFCAT.
The minimum eligibility is that you should be a graduate while appearing for it.
The maximum age limit for going for the defense services is 27 years of age

How to Join NDA

A candidate is eligible to appear for the NDA Exam if :-

>> The candidate is within the age limit of 16.5-19 years

>> Candidates must have completed 12th (with Physics and Maths as subjects in 12th if you wish to join Navy or Air Force)

I am really very sorry but you are not eligible to appear for the NDA Exam..as you have exceeded the age limit..

If you have completed your graduation then you may appear for the Combined Defense Services Exam conducted by UPSC..

So , sorry to say but you cannot join National Defense Academy (NDA) at an age of 24 years.

The Union Public Service Commission has set some Eligibility Criteria for the NDA Examiantion which you do not follow.

These Eligibility Criteria are :

a) You must have passed 12th from any recognized board with PCM as your key subjects.

b) Your age must lie in between 16.5-19 years.

Now , there is no way for you to join Indian defense either through NDA or CDS as your educational qualification is just 12th pass out.
